Fontana will meet Norco in the Riverside Poly Tilson Cup Final

Fontana will play at 10:30 a.m. today against Norco in the tournament finals.

NORCO 1, RIALTO 0 >> Finn McDaniel scored the game-winning goal for the Cougars in Riverside Poly Tom Tilson Tournament semifinal game against the Knights (7-4-3). Norco will play at 10:30 p.m. today against Fontana in the tournament finals.

Christian Nunez led San Gorgonio to win, hands Indian Springs first loss

Christian Nunez scored two goals for the San Gorgonio Spartans (7-6-6 overall, 2-2 league) in the San Andreas League victory, 2-1, over the Indian Springs Coyotes (10-1-5, 1-1-2). San Gorgonio

“We are better than our record would show. We just haven’t put it together until today,” said Spartans head coach Adrian Villalobos. “The San Andreas League is tough, anyone can beat anyone on any given day.”

Manuel Perez and Carlos Ortiz were each credited with an assist for the Spartans.
“Today, our offense was our best defense,” Villalobos said. “We out hustled them and we had a lot of possessions.”
The Spartans will play at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday against Rialto, who is in first place of the league. It will end the first round of league play.
Indian Springs
The game also resulted in the first loss of the season for the Coyotes.
The Coyotes were ranked No. 6 in the first San Bernardino Sun’s Top 10 Boys Soccer rankings of the season.
Indian Springs will look to bounce back in its next game, which is at 3:15 p.m. Wednesday against Jurupa Hills.
