No shortage of beer events in the Inland Empire today

No less than four beer events are taking place across the Inland Empire this busy Saturday (March 28).

In Redlands, Hangar 24 Craft Brewery is releasing this year’s Hammerhead ($20 per 750 mL bottle), its rye-whiskey-and-bourbon-barrel-aged barleywine. However, this year, there are some exciting twists. A couple hundred bottles of Augie’s Coffee Hammerhead ($25 per 750 mL bottle, limit one) and Bourbon Chai Hammerhead ($25 per 750 mL bottle, limit one) will be available for sale, and likely to be gone in the first hour of sales.

All three will be available on tap, along with an Old Fashioned Hammerhead, on Randall with cherries and orange peel.

King Harbor Brew in Redondo Beach releases its Abel Brown in bottles Saturday

Redondo Beach’s King Harbor Brewing is releasing its second bottled beer at 6 p.m. Saturday, its Abel Brown, which is made with a medium roast Arabica bean coffee.

Buy two bottles and get a free KHBC coffee mug, perfect for that breakfast beer.

Details: Local tattoo artists, Sam Harang and Chris Bowman of Yer Cheatin’ Heart will be showcasing their art plus live music. Food will be available throughout the night by Son of a Bun.

Absolution Brewing in Torrance celebrates one-year anniversary Saturday with new Possessed Joe Coffee Porter

There will be Absolution swag giveaways all day, the launch of their latest brew in collaboration with Sole Coffee Company and, of course, cake!

Shamrocked Beerfest is Saturday in San Bernardino

ShamrockedTickets are available now for the Shamrocked Beerfest, set for 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday (March 14) at San Manuel Stadium in San Bernardino.

Attendees will be able to sip unlimited samples from 25-plus craft breweries, including local favorites Hangar 24 Craft Brewery, No Clue Craft Brewery, Dale Bros. Brewery, Rök House Brewing Company, Brew Rebellion, Packinghouse Brewing Company, Inland Empire Brewing Company, Wicks Brewing Co., Black Market Brewing Co. and Craft Brewing Company.

Breweries include the San Fernando Valley’s MacLeod Brewing Co., Torrance’s Smog City Brewing and Inglewood’s Three Weavers Brewing Co.
