Reservations being taken for next Let’s Dine Out Grub Club event

Cachanilla Grub ClubReservations are now available for the next Let’s Dine Out Grub Club event set for 5 p.m. April 10 at Cachanilla Chinese Restaurant, 305 E. Holt Ave., Pomona.

The three-course meal consists of a pair of appetizers, a selection of nine entrées, and two desserts.

The Brick hosting fundraiser for Casa Colina

The Brick Market & Deli in Pomona — no stranger to hosting fundraisers — will have a multi-day fundraiser next week for Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare.

The fundraiser will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday (March 23) through Friday (March 25).

Simply present the flier, which can be found here, when you order and The Brick will donate 20% of your bill to Casa Colina.

The Brick is at 105 E. Arrow Highway.

The Rookery celebrating third anniversary today

Rookery Third AnniversaryPomona’s The Rookery Alehouse and Grill is celebrating its third anniversary from 11 a.m. to midnight today (January 15).

The pub will be tapping several special brews for the event, including two collaborations with local breweries.

The eatery combined with Pomona’s Sanctum Brewing Co. on Unicobra Fire Cannon and with Riverside’s Polymath Brewing Co. on Saisons of the Stone Age.
